How to make Capacity Tracker icon lighter in Darkmode?

The Capacity Tracker icon color is black, which is inconsistent with other icons. How can I change its color to white?

If this is a third party plugin, you won't be able to change it yourself. It's up to the developer to provide the right icon.

However, there are some limitations of how these icons can be displayed in dark mode.
