How can I link the company's social media to Jira for new requests and posts?

Like LinkedIn and Facebook?

Hi @Phuti Moetjie - Is it your intent to use social media links as a "signature" in the automated responses when a new request is created? If so, you can take these steps:

Navigate to Customer Notifications

https://YourInstance.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/ProjectKey/settings/customer-notifications

Next to Request Created, click Edit
Add a new line below the canned Just confirmed we got your request. We're on it. and add the URLs. Since this is html, you could do something like this:

<a href = "linkedin.com/x">LinkedIn</a>
```
