error connecting asana and Jira

Hi

I'm trying to put Jira Cloud in our Asana project, but after I have singn in my Atrlassian account, the screen changes to 'something went wrong'.

For administrator accounts, we own an administrator account with Asana, but we do not own one for Atlassian. Would both accounts be required for the connection?
