When login with my email account ( yonggyup@adobe.com ) inside ucloud vm environment which was given to us for project delivery, login is not going continuously.
"An error occurred while authenticating credentials." message is shown as the alter.

I would contact your Jira administrator.
As this seems that your account is not active and/or granted a license for the Jira where your project is residing.
