Notification ONLY to user added/removed from a Multi-User Picker field

Good morning,

I'm using Jira Automation to notify users added/removed to a custom user picker field. However, if possible, I'd like to send it only to the user added/removed instead of the whole list. I can't use a transition as the trigger, the only trigger is being added/removed from the field. Any ideas about how I might accomplish this?

I would also like to have this but I could only come up with a complicated idea.

- Create another multiuser field for "Users added'

- In the automation rule , run a Scriptrunner script where looking at the change log and comparing old and new values, we get the users that are added and we add them to the field

- this would trigger another automation rule (field value changed for "Users added") that actually sends the email to the "Users added"

If I don't find a more straightforward solution, I will try this at some point
