even after replying to customer why my sla clock is not stoping in jira?

i have put stop condition as "comments: for customer" in sla yet it is not working

@shivani shirguppi can you share a screenshot of the SLA configuration and a Screenshot of your workflow of the issue the SLA is not applying to?
