I have created automation rule but its is not updating the labels
Hi Chetana, and welcome to the community!
Your rule doesn't work automatically because it uses a manual trigger (ie: it only runs when you click the function to do so).
For this to work automatically, try using the "Scheduled" trigger instead. For example setting it to run every day at a specific time.
