When an external request comes to Jira Service Management, the request is operated by connecting the project of "Jira Work".

Since a while ago, the project is not shown as shown below. You need to refresh about 10 times to see it. What should I do in this case? Is it

because there are too many projects?

I think you need to talk about this with Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com). It looks like an issue with your instance.
