Setting of P1 or P2 priority for project admin

Hi,

Is it possible to have a condition for setting the priority to P1 or P2 of incident or service request reserved to a particular user group only? In our company a P1/P2 incident or service request is driven by business impact and urgency. And we want to limit bumping the priority to P1 or P2 to a certain project user groups only.

Could you please let me know how I could achieve this?

To limit Priority one specific project.

But to limit for group user, it's not possible for now ( with native feature in Jira cloud)
