Confluence server to Confluence Cloud migration failed

Hello
I used "Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant” to perform the migration.
An error occurred and trace id is returned.
The error message was the following.

Import to cloud failed. Message: ?? ds ?????????????????; To investigate this error please provide the trace id 166cc62e705fd419 to Atlassian support.To investigate this error please provide the trace id 932e15cc2db5a018 to Atlassian support.

Could you tell me if you know the reason?

Hi @野崎剛史 welcome to the community!  I would suggest opening a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and then select 'Migration Support' from the drop down.  

Then provide them with this information.
