Hi , I am not finding logoff from all devices button from manage device page.

You should be able to log off from all other devices aside from the one you're using:
Go to your Atlassian account security settings at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security
Select View and manage recent devices

I'd assume the button is not shown when you're only logged into one device.

You're right @Ste Wright When you are logged in to only one device, you need to use the Log out option present on the top right.
