Non-Custom Form Field

There is a field that was automatically generated on the Form screen that's named "What is the employee name?".  This is not a custom field that I created.  It does not appear that I can remove the field; so, I decided to use "What is the employee name" field as the Preferred Name field.  However, I noticed that field does not display under the 'Queues' General Tab for the project.  

1. Do I have the option to remove the "What is the employee name" field?, if not,
2. Where is this field is located and how can I add it to the General Tab under the Queues section?

Please can you share an image of this field that you've mentioned, perhaps that will help identify what it does.

Also, does this field show you a user drop down? and when changed updates the Reporter as per the value mentioned in it? If so, then this is change needs to be done via the permission scheme, you'll have to revoke the "Change Reporter" permission from the JSM Customers.
