JQL to group by status

Question

Hi All,

I am having the requirement to send the ticket count by grouping the status and send consolidated mail to team. By using the Lookup I can send the consolidated mail but im unable to group the tickets by status count and send in mail. Please help me

You can easily get the count by status by using the Issue Statistics gadget.

If you want to see the evolution/trend in time of these numbers, try the Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. It is highly configurable, supports various calculation methods.

As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentions JQL finds information in Jira.

You can look on the marketplace form Atlassian for apps that can provide this information on a dashboard or apps that are able to export information from Jira to a reporting application like PowerBI or else.
