How lo locate an empty subscription?

I'm getting a daily subscription (with no info, probably due to no permissions to a filter - see attached).

How can I locate and disable/fix the permissions issue?

Have you checked the configuration of the filter subscription? It usually has a configuration option on whether or not to send the email if there are no matching issues.
