I it possible to integrate Cloud Jira with BitBucket local (inside corporate network) Server?

WE currently have local JIRA server and Bitbucket server. However we are considering going cloud with JIRA but we want to keep Jira-BicBucket integration to view related Git  commits in JIRA tickets.

 

Is it possible of both Bitbucket and JIRA must be both either local server or cloud?

Basically the link happens through OAuth configuration, but by following the info above you'll be able to set it properly.
