Use the Team field in Issue Security setting for viewing issues on a different project board.

Looking for best practice or just any good ideas here:  We have a board in one project that we would like to be able to see Jira issues from another project when they are assigned to our team.  We have been able to configure that ok but the tickets can only be seen by the "Current Assignee" not the whole team in general.

The filter query is like this: 
project in (ABCD) OR (project ="WXYZ"AND Team in (01)) ORDER BY Rank ASC

I assume we need to have the Issue Security settings changed on the issues in project WXYZ but we need to make sure we see only our team assigned issues and nothing else in WXYZ
