i cant sign-up, activate a product or Contact Support

Hi,
There are two ways to create an account, the classic way where you register your email or directly with the google account option, if I register with the first option it stays "stuck" before logging in, and if I register directly with a google account gets "stuck" before registering the url for Jira. So i decided to send a support request and it "stuck" when i click en "submit support request". someone can help me?
