Cannot delete a service from JIRA assets schema

We have a service that is grey when you try to delete it, there are no objects yet, how do you remove it?

Hello,

I guess the screenshot is from Assets / Services object schema. Services in Assets are read-only. Kindly follow these steps:

1- Open your service desk project page as the project admin.

2- Select the "Services" menu on the left side.

3- Click on the "Service" you would like to remove.

4- Click on the 3 dots. You can find them on the right top.

5- Select "Delete"

 

I hope that helps. There is no rollback for the deletion. So, please be careful.
