User can create issues without permission

Dear community,

We have a problem with permissions for one of our projects.

The user can create issues but according to the permission scheme and the permission helper she should not have the right to do so or even see the project.

Are there any other settings we have to take a look at outside the permission scheme?

Thanks for the reply.

I figured it out myself.

There were custom userfields in the permission scheme and there seems to be a known bug regarding this.
