How can i add checklist in ticket with different columns

Hello ,

As a QA i want to know how i can add checklist for issues inside ticket which can include

Different columns like : Description , screenshot , link , status

I need it as a table with the ability to check status (Approved/In progress)

Use the Description field?

Grouping them into a multi-text field seems more optimum to me, otherwise it would mean multiple clicks to see things like screenshots (which also doesn't feel efficient, if comments aren't).

It could also be a custom multi-text field if preferred :)

Hi @Heba Nasser

You can add everything you mentioned to your ticket using Smart Checklist for Jira.

See the extended Formatting options in our guide here to add links, pictures, and highlight items in the checklist.

Make sure you do not miss a possibility to set Custom statuses on top of default ones.

And last but not least, we introduced a really handy functionality to make items mandatory and validate their completion before the ticket is transitioned to the next state. I hope you find it useful!

Tahnk youf or your reply , mainly i am aware about the checklist in jira but the issue is in checklist you can't attach screenshots for the issue you found .

and listing all issues in comments its not something effecient

so i am trying to find some way where i can list issues inside the ticket with screenshots but not in comments.
