How to prevent other plugin apps from causing conflicts to our JS libraries in our plugin?

Imagine we have the same JS web resource used with different versions, and they declared in there web resource alt.general which causes my app to stop working and cause so many console errors. is there something we can do to prevent this from causing conflicts in the future?

The short answer is "you can't".  App vendors can code however they like and if that code breaks someone else's app, there's no way to stop that.

You either need to stop using their app, or code yours so that there is no conflict.
