Is there a macro usage in Jira?

Hi community,

I would like to find out the macro usage for Jira. I know there is a macro usage in Confluence and I would like to know if Jira have the same function or not. If yes, could you let me know where is the path? I want to identify the macro use for Multiple Filters Chart Gadget that was enable.
