Problem of not connecting in Requiments test management

I have downloaded the requirements and test management tool.I have determined the requirements and test cases and test plan. When I create test executions, I can't make progress even though the parent and child relationship is defined between the requirements.For example, although the speed test is the parent of the engine test, it does not appear in the speed test when there is progress in the engine test.May I know the reason for this?

You can do both of those things from the support tab in the Marketplace listing. If it's this App, click the link to be taken to the support tab. If it isn't, go to the relevant App's listing and go to the same tab
