How can i restrict a creation of issue Type 'Story' for some roles into project

I have Issue type 'Story' and a few others.

I want to restrict the creation of issue type 'Story' for Devs,
and make it possible only for Managers.

Where can I manage this and how?

Yes, there are no options to add conditions for the creation transition.

Conditions cannot be applied to the Create transition in a workflow.

Hi Casper,

For the story issue type, create a workflow condition and select the "User Is In Project Role" condition, and then select the Managers role in the role section and publish the workflow
Whenever the same workflow is associated with more than one issue type, create a copy of the workflow and associate it with the story issue type.
