We have two Jira Sites connected to one Confluence Site, Project Pages only works on one Jira Site

Question

We've recently added a second Jira Site to our Org, and would like both Jira Sites to connect to Confluence.

Both Jira Sites are connected via Application link (Screen Shot #1 is for the new Jira Site).

However the Project Pages Feature is not available in the new Site (see Screen Shot #2) and the Configure button is greyed out and not accessible.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

I don't get any message for either the toggle or configure buttons?

@Steve Clark Can you please hover your cursor over the toggle button and check for the message that you see?
