Following the instructions here I'm trying to get all the permission schemes in my instance through the API. When I make the API call, however, I'm getting this error:
{ "errorMessages": [ "No content to map to Object due to end of input" ]}
The endpoint I'm using is /rest/api/3/permissionscheme with nothing in the body, as the documentation specifies. Anyone know what the issue might be?

You can get all permission schemes in one API call.
https://<your instance name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/permissionscheme/
If you want it per scheme
https://<your instance name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/permissionscheme/{scheme id}
example: https://<your instance name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/permissionscheme/10001
