Support form doesn't work. Does anyone know how to contact support rn?

I've been just trying to increase my user count but I've been unable to contact support in any way - when I try to raise a ticket, it just gives me an error (probably because the form does not even try to establish who I am..). This has been going on for days - does anyone have an idea how to contact them in any other way? Thank you :)

Can you try logging out and then logging in and see if you are able to raise a ticket.

Additionally, you may want to try different browsers and see if that fixes the issue.
