Is it possible to restrict certain users/groups from moving incident to specific states in JSM?
For example - Certain people should be able to see only states A and B, otthers may see only C and D, and likewise?
Yes, that is possible by adding a workflow condition to the transition, there are multiple conditions that you can use like user in group custom field.
