Hello! I created a profile in Atlassian University and got enrolled in the JIRA Fundamentals Course. I try to access the course following the steps (please take a look at the attached images). * My Learning Activities > Course * Course page > Get Started * Course page > Launch * "Loading Course"(...) Blank page And I get so far. I can't start the course. I don't know what causes this, if it's related to my account or my browser. I'm using Mozillla Firefox to access both JIRA and Atlassian University. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance, Tiago

I created a profile in Atlassian University and got enrolled in the JIRA Fundamentals Course.

I try to access the course following the steps (please take a look at the attached images).

My Learning Activities > Course
Course page > Get Started
Course page > Launch
"Loading Course"(...) Blank page

And I get so far. I can't start the course.

I don't know what causes this, if it's related to my account or my browser. I'm using Mozillla Firefox to access both JIRA and Atlassian University.

How can I solve this?

Hi Tiago, for troubleshooting, I would suggest trying a different browser. I was going through some of those classes using Edge last week and didn't have any problems.

You could also log a ticket at support.atlassian.com and select 'Training and certification' after clicking on the 'Contact' link in the upper right and see if they might have some suggestions.
