How to prevent upload of specific file types (word, excel, powerpoint and PDFs) to confluence?

We are looking for a way to prevent the upload of non-image formats to a specific instance of Confluence Cloud (or to a specific space if that is available).

The goal is that people can still upload images (or paste from clipboard) but not upload word, excel, powerpoint and PDF files, as we use other systems for this.

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

At this moment we do not have this feature in cloud. We have a feature request raised for this but due to less demand that was not implemented.
