How can we convert confluence storage format  to adf or html 

 

For example:  

<ac:image> <ri:url ri:value="http://confluence.atlassian.com/images/logo/confluence_48_trans.png" /></ac:image>

should be converted to proper html or adf format

For CLoud you can use REST API to convert types of page body repreentation :

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v1/api-group-content-body/#api-wiki-rest-api-contentbody-convert-to-post

(storage: view, export_view, styled_view, editor)

For Server there is Java API for this.
