What is the api call for getting the last modified time of all projects in jira

Can you clarify, what date are you trying to acqire?
Looked for properties of project objects, there are no dates. Only date, when project was archived (if was)

Jira does not track the last modified date/time of a project, only issues.
Could you explain what you actually mean by the modification time of a project? Last time the config changed? Last issue updated?

I noticed you entered this question for Jira Server, and I wanted to let you know that with Projectrak you can fetch the project's latest activity by creating a Script field.

To get modified time or date when any project has been updated in jira such as user is removed or added to a particular project.
