Jira Product Discovery: Is it possible to create a central Insight Inbox for all projects?

Hi, 

I want to create a central insight inbox where everyone from the company can upload insights to Jira Product Discovery (e.g. via the Chrome Extension) without knowing the specific project it might belong to.

Sales, Marketing, Customer Ops etc. should be able to upload insights that might potentially be valuable for the product development. 

In the next step Product Management should be able to see all insights in one place and assign them to ideas within specific projects.

The first step is to create a generic product in JPD that will serve as your central insight inbox.

Next, try creating ideas using the Chrome extension Issue Creator. My team developed it, and is excellent for creating ideas and insights in JPD.

It allows you to annotate and take screenshots, work with visual web elements on the page, and more.

The team will select the Product Central insight inbox when creating ideas.

This way, you will have a typical collection of all ideas, and all ideas and insights will be well described and illustrated.
