{{lookupissues.size}} is zero while the associated JQL validates to 1

Hi,

In automation, I perform a Then: lookup issues statement followed by if: Compare two values.

I compare {{lookupissues.size}} > 0.

When I validate the query in the LOOKUP statement I get 1. But in the IF it fails. It thinks that there are 0 issues (size=0).

Any ideas why?

please try to use Log action to check, whether {{lookupissues.size}} is really equal to 0.

Please, who is the actor of the rule? Maybe this user cannot see the filter?

Can you please try using action --> If condition--> if-else condition-->Advanced compare condition. I could make it work with this way.
