Confluence- We hit snag error Confluence page not Loading

Hi, I'm Arun from Flexagon, Our confluence wiki pages are not loading and it seems down for a while
- No user from my organization can access Confluence today. We see the "we've hit a snag" error message in the upper part of the screen, with the "code associated with this error" and link to the support page.

The support page leads to "502 Bad Gateway".

All of us use the supported browsers.

What is the way to contact you guys, and how can we resolve the issue?
