Issue with JIra Service Management

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask - Are there currently any issues with App Jira service management?

Because the App Jira service management works very slowly and sometimes appear message like this - screens attached

Maybe someone knows what the problem currently with Jira Service Management

Hi, same here and confirmed by many colleagues in EMEA region:
Delay/Latency/unresponsive portal or access to the website to browse tickets.

We can't even login to raise a support ticket and report the issue... amazing.
Getting "bad gateway 502" error message whenever we try to open a ticket or even login to do so.
Right now, I just don't know how to even report the issue, other than placing this comment in the Community page.

The only issue reported officially is for Confluence on the service status page, but it should also mention issues on Service Management.

EDIT: they just added the others now 10:42AM CEST, waiting for their fix ...

Hello y'all, repeating our messaging from our Support site to ensure everyone has updated information.

We have identified the root cause of an issue with an internal infrastructure component that has been impacting multiple Cloud products (including Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence) and customers. This issue had led to a performance impact and, in some cases, outages. We have implemented a fix to resolve the issue and recovery is in process.

Further updates will be posted to our incident report directly.
