I can create branch manually from a Jira ticket but I can't use Jira Automation to create GH branch

Hi,

I use the free version of Jira Cloud. I am able to create Git Hub branches from the ticket, see below.

However, I can't use the Jira automation to create a Git Hub branch once a ticket is created because it can't find my Git Hub Organization... when it obviously can when creating a branch manually, see above...

Hello, Looks like you have connected Github through DVCS connection (Settings >> Products >> DVCS), this setting will be removed in near future and recommendation is to use the addon : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219592/github-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
