Custom Field description wiki markup does render in transition screen

I am using a wiki markup (web link) in the description of a custom field.

• This renders just fine on the issue view screen when hovering over the description. 

 

• However, this does not render in the transition screen.

• Here is the the wiki markup:

can you try to re-index jira and test if it works then
