I made some changes in Workflow schemes for projects which is ( A condition, where after a certain stage movement Changes cannot be done in Tickets only able to add comments).Now how can i revoke this changes back to default.Need help ASAP!!!!!!!!

Just take out the change and re-publish your workflow.

If the workflow is not published, just discard it. Any changes made will be removed.
If its published, then do as @John Funk mentioned.
