why does a task that was closed, show as not closed when a sprint is closed and carried over to the next sprint?

Is the Task in the far right column of the board? Regardless of the status of the issue, it must be in the far right (last) column of the board to be considered Closed/Done/Finished/Completed.

Which issue was not carried over? And is there anything else that is unique about that issue from the other two that did get carried over? Are there any Sub-tasks?
there are no subtasks in more than one task, all tasks in the column have been moved. The common thing is that they were created through third-party services (not through Jira).
