How to get "Current Version" display in a page property cell ?

Hello community,

I use a lot the page properties and page properties report macro. I would like to fill one cell of the page property macro with the Current Version of the page. So I can get the Current Version of the page on the page properties report. I can't succeed using the /history macro to limit to the current version only. I didn't fint out if it is possible to get the page_current_version through a variable or something else.

If anyone got a solution it would be nice.

By the way I'm under Cloud version.

Hi @Harlet David

I'm not aware of a simple way to do so.

If it's worth a lot to you, you could develop a simple Forge macro yourself which outputs the latest version number of the Confluence page you integrate it on.

If you'd like to follow that path, you can get started with Forge here.

The Get Page Versions endpoint would probably be the best way to retrieve the version numbers in your app.
