Error: 404 - sts.windows.net page can’t be found - SSO Issue?

Hi Atlassian Support Team,

I can't login anymore. I've configured SSO with Azure Active Directory but now I can't login anymore to the Admin Portal.

I get the message: This sts.windows.net page can’t be found

I'm the organization admin but I can't change anything in the configuration as I'm not able to login.

I tried to disable SSO from AAD, but it didn't work I am still not able to sign in with the admin account.

I am writing this ticket from my other Atlassian user account as I can't use primary account to sign in

Can you please help?

A "cannot be found" error means what it says - the page cannot be found, because it does not exist on the address that it is supposed to.

The only thing you can do is to talk to your admins.  This error happens when

* You have the wrong address (your admins should be able to correct you)
* The server is not working (your admins need to investigate and get it working again)
* Your DNS is not giving the right address for the site (your admins need to correct the broken records
