Seeing weird CSS behavior when opening a new Jira document

Hi,

I'm seeing wonky pages when opening up a Confluence document page or a creating a new document page. To resolve, I have to hard refresh 1 or 2 times before the page is normal.

Here's a screenshot of the latest behavior:

Anyone else on the same boat?

@Linda Zhou I would suggest clearing your browsers cache. Have you tried that?
