How to enforce a field's value/set of values depending on another field's value?

When creating epics (in particular assigning ownership/responsibility - Epic owners, project owners, TPMs, etc) I want to make sure that when one value is assigned to any of the fields - the proceeding fields are populated with the correct values. (For example - when person X is assigned an epic, then person Y is automatically the TPM, and person Z is automatically the project owner, etc)

Obviously it is custom to our particular org structure - but is there a way to natively enforce adherence to these guidelines with Jira Admin tools? I'm sure there's a way to script these guidelines, but I would love any guidance/assistance with this.

Jira cloud automation should be able to do the trick.  Take a look at some of the documentation, but it seems like this would just be checking the issue field that was updated and having some if/then statements.
