Jira and Freshdesk integration - time logged

Hi all

Is there a way to sync the time logged with either Jira or Freshdesk.

So as soon as the time logged is updated in 1 of the 2 - it sync's it with the other.

So that the time logged are always in sync and doesn't differ.

Please advise
