Why I can't see my incidents from statusPage into Jira

Everything is done as into the article, and thus I cannot see my incidents from status page into Jira, what can be the reason?

Welcome to the Atlassian community!
If I understand correctly, do you want to be able to view Status Page incidents within a Jira ticket?
If so, you can install this app, I think it will work.
