I have created a rule so that when I add a user to a custom field (Reviewer), they will receive notification by email.

However, the email is not correctly displaying the user name with the following string:

[~accountid:{{Reviewer.accountId}}]

I copied it directly from the Help page and replaced 'Squad Leader' with 'Reviewer' as that is the field I created.

Can anyone help, what am I doing wrong? the email sends, but just doesn't display the correct name, it displays [~accountid], e.g.:

Hi [~accountid:], you have been added as a reviewer of draft documentation for this issue.

So the Squad Leader field works, but the Review doesn't? Are they the exact same type of field? Meaning both single user picker? Or is one a multi user picker?

My field is multi user.

Squad Leader is a multi-user field? And it works?

Or it is a single user field and works and Reviewer is a multi-user field?

I suspect the second statement which is why that's not working - it doesn't know which one to get.
