custom field in CH project that lists all entries that are under summary field in PMDB project.

I have 2 projects.

1. CH (Team managed software type)

2. PMDB (Company managed software type)

I want to add a custom field in CH project that lists all entries that are under summary field in PMDB project.(Even when new entries are made to PMDB board it should reflect in CH board)

How do I do that?

I am not quite clear on the requirement. Do you to update the custom field in the CH project every time a new issues is created in the PMDB project?

I assume the custom field is a Paragraph type field in the CH project. Is all of this correct?

Thank you for your reply.

The custom field must be a cascading list.

When a CH ticket is raised it needs to be linked to the respective PMDB ticket. So the CH needs to have a cascading list field that lists all PMDB tickets so that one of them can be selected to be linked to.

Sorry, but that will now work - cascading list fields use set values that a Jira Admin must enter manually. You can't populate that field dynamically like that.
