In my organization we have Jira software and Jira Service Management as atlassian products.
There are users who only have a license for one of the products and others who have both. The problem that I detect is when exporting the database to analyze the use of the tools and associate which management the users belong to, this is not doing it well because I have users who appear with activity in products that do not have a license.
When analyzing the export, I don't see differences between the user licenses, the column "Last seen in Jira Service Management (400 licenses maximum)", "Last seen in Jira Software (600 licenses maximum)" appears, and now a new one appears " Last seen in Jira Product Discovery."
