How to filter description and context fields?

Hi All,

I created this Jira board for my team but we're having a difficult time filtering right now, when we try to filter by any of the fields, we find that we are unable to. For example, we would like to filter by "Integration Type" under the Description Field but it does not show up as an option, even under 'Custom Fields'. Any idea on how we can filter? Thanks!

I believe this project is from Jira Work Management right?

For custom fields, only those of the type shown below are possible, for text fields it is not possible. See here

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

It does not appear to be possible to filter based on text fields.

I didn't find a change request for adding that capability, but you might want to search for yourself.
